Lost in Action

I know, I know I have been lost in action.

A combination of many things has been keeping me busy.

We have had some fabulous retreats over the past couple of months and many people have rebooked for next year.

Next year is panning out to be huge in the retreat department so keep your eyes peeled for more information about the exciting year ahead

It is so wonderful having such a beautiful venue to share with patchworkers from all over the world.

I have been really busy preparing for Houston which is just around the corner.

New designs are just having the finishing touches done.

Here is a sneak peak at a couple.

This one is using none other than the NEW yes you guessed it "French General"

It is called "WATERLOO"

What a fantastic range of fabric. If you love this range get in early as it is not going to stay on the shelves for long.

My quilt uses a Jelly roll and a layer cake and of course a background fabric

It is a combination of English paper piecing, needle turn applique and embroidery.

The next one is a little different to what I do normally but it was fun and I just love it. It is called "Spring Garden" and it also has a combination of English paper piecing and needle turn applique.

I can't give too much away now can I?

I do have some more new things but I will save them for a couple of days.

So as you can see I have been busy.

I have also been arranging my big interstate trip where I will be on the road for several weeks teaching here there and everywhere on our way to Melbourne.

I will keep you posted on where and when I will be teaching.

One hint is that I will be teaching WATERLOO and maybe SPRING GARDEN at a few places.

Till next time
