Gatton in May 2010

We are home safely from a fabulous 4 days in Gatton

Gail Chalker and the girls from Sew Creative did a fabulous job organising such a big event.

The worlds largest hexagon quilt was the highlight of the event measuring 108.8 metres in length.

Amazing is the only word to describe it.

Here is Gail and Lyn Crump after the office measure.

Lyn quilted this massive quilt you had to see it in person to appreciate just how big it is.

I also had the priviledge to teach along side 2 amazing Australian tutors. Michelle Yeo and Karen Styles both from Melbourne.

I look forward teaching along side them both again next year.

Well I have unpacked, washed  and repacked ready for an early morning flight to the US for Spring market in Minneapolis.

The grass will never grow under my feet.

Tomorrow when you all check my This goes with that tutorial I will be flapping my wings over the ocean.

Till then
